HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT SPECIFICS

To Change Your Online Giving Account

If you registered and created your own account, you can manage all your information by logging into your account and making the changes you need. You may:

  • Set up personalized giving schedules
  • Make one-time donations
  • Change the dollar amount on an existing donation plan
  • Change the account used to make donations
  • Change the frequency of donations
  • View and print a personal contribution history

If you do not have an online account:

Step 1: Cancel your current giving record.
To change the amount and/or frequency of your ongoing gift, we must cancel the current transaction and set up a new transaction. To cancel, click here to email us. In your email, please indicate the date in which you want the cancellation to be effective.

Step 2: Receive notification of cancellation.
The financial assistant will then cancel your transaction in our online giving system and send you back a confirmation email when the transaction has been cancelled.

Step 3: Setup new Online Giving Transaction.
Setup a new record on the Online Giving Home Page. Follow the instructions on each page. You will be able to indicate the date in which you want your new transaction amount to start.
