Calling All Imperfect Bible Heroes
Nick & Trudi Manzo (724-335-0120)
In this series we’ll examine the lives of ordinary men and women from the pages of Scripture whom God used in extraordinary ways. Through this study we’ll discover how we can transform our own imperfections into usable tools to impact others. Contrary to popular belief, we do not have to be perfect to do God’s work. Look no further than these ordinary heroes whose many weaknesses are forever preserved throughout the pages of Scripture. God chose ordinary men and women and turned their humanity into strength, producing greatness from utter brokenness. He wants to do the same with us today!

It’s Sunday, But Monday’s Coming: Finding Meaning and Motivation for the Other Six Days
Bill Ellis (412-828-2488)
For too long the separation of God and business has resulted in a double life: God on Sunday, work on Monday. Christians have often have been enthusiastic believers on Sunday and practical atheists on Monday. What does my faith have to do with making money, creating goods and services, and delivering value to customers, stakeholders, and stockholders? From beginning to end, the Bible portrays God at work, creating, building, communicating, repairing and renewing all things. God, in reality, is a businessperson. As his image bearers, we are mandated to carry on God’s business – in all the business of life. This small group is designed for the salesman, entrepreneur, manufacturer, engineer, homemaker, lawyer, manager, or executive who is wrestling to find meaning and value in the workplace.
